Therapy for Young People Navigating Life Abroad
Being a young person is already a time of big questions, shifting identities, and emotional ups and downs. Add in the layers of relocation, cultural change, and sometimes a sense of not fully belonging anywhere, and it can feel like a lot. My work is grounded in person-centred therapy, which means I don’t come with a fixed agenda or a set of answers. Instead, I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where teens can talk, explore, question, and be fully heard.
I believe that with the right support, young people can come to better understand themselves and build a strong inner foundation. This is a foundation that stays with them, wherever in the world they go. My approach is respectful, attuned, and always led by the young person’s own pace and needs.
If your teen is feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of someone outside of family or school to talk to, I’m here. Whether they’re navigating anxiety, identity questions, friendship changes, school pressures, or the emotional impact of constant transitions, I aim to create a space that feels safe, empowering, and real.
